Zip Cassette: Live At Charlie's - June 03, 1992
During the late 1980s & early 90s, if we remembered to bring ‘em, we had 7” records available for sale after shows. Every once in a while were approached by people that didn’t own a turntable, but were interested in buying some of our shit. Sometimes those folks shelled out a couple of bucks for a single, even though they weren’t sure when they’d have a chance to play it. Eventually we got around to duping a few tapes at home that we could give away with photocopied inserts, so we wouldn’t feel like such jerks.
The Live at Charlie’s 06/03/1992 cassette was recorded during an afternoon practice in Mr. Krich’s basement. The performances are generally sloppy, and all 23 songs on the tape are packed with hiss and hum and the occasional squeak or squeal (thanks to the crud cassette deck we used for recording).
On the off chance that anyone would like to hear the set, I’ve uploaded a zip file. It’s 78.4MB, which means it might take a bit to download. The zip file also includes a credits page and goofy CD/mp3 cover artwork with a different swiped photo from the one we used for the original cassette release.
I may have screwed up the credits page in the zip file. If you have trouble accessing the credits, or if you just would like to have a look before tying up your computer with a long download, click here to view a copy of the credits.

Update: A CD-R version with just slightly improved crap audio fidelity is now available for purchase out of our crate of stuff for sale. But the zip file is free. Hold on to your money and stick with the free download.
